We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. You should experiment with cropping it. Usually the best guide is doing it until it looks right, but I'd start with removing your knee as well as some of the clutter on the bottom left. In doing that, you'll be left with me on one of the thirds intersections, while keeping the nice dark contrast on the right but improving the focal point.
